Error 67? - Treo Forum

Hey all. I'm having some trouble with my phone. I'm not able to connect to the internet or recieve picture messages! I've been trying to view a picture message and when i select it, it says i need to connect to the internet. So, of course I say yes. Then it says I my phone needs to be configured for Vision services. Again, I say yes. Then it comes up with error 67 and I don't know what I have to do to fix it. Does anyone know?

Sounds like a problem at Sprints end, have you contacted them?

Yeah I just called them but unfortunately they aren't being very helpful. They're asking for my pin number, which I don't have, or the name of my first elementary school, which I told them, but apparently wasn't the answer they were looking for. I just don't know what to do at this point. Does anyone know the number that I should be calling for this? I guess I could have called the wrong one.

Do you have a local sprint store? They might be able to help, or at least direct you.
