![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Welcome to Treonauts, jhernando! First a bit of forum etiquette: All caps typing is viewed as shouting, so in the future turn caps lock off. ![]() What third party software are you using on your device, and did you move from another Palm device to you Centro?

![]() | Hello, My Centro also does the same thing. Its Arrgh...I have no software installed on it and its a clean piece with only a hotsync for my data from my Mac. I am not sure why this happens for me also Please do let me know if you all have encountered this issue and managed to resolve it. Cheers, Deepak |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | You purchased the phone in the U.S., unlocked? How is the SIM card working? Have you tried it on another phone? What programs have you added to your Centro? Back up your Centro and perform a hard reset. Test your phone. If it still does that, check your SIM card. If all is working well, then it is a 3rd party app causing a lag in your phone. I had an application that used to do that to my Treo. Once I found the culprit and removed it, my phone app worked great. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Welcome jhernando and deepakv. I seem to recall there was an audio update sometime bvack for the 680. Maybe your devices need that update. Or am I hallucinating. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | When you received your new phone, did you just hook it up and sync with your old 680 profile? If so, there is a chance you could have synced over some incompatable applications. Try this.... Sync your phone, then hard reset. Once your phone is reset, try making a call and see if you still have the same issues. If you do, you might consider taking your phone in to be evaluated. If you don't, its probably software releated (which I think it is anyway). You can then proceed to add your information back a little at a time, starting with your PIM information. Make a backup of your backup folder, then set the Hotsync desktop software to sync only the PIM info. After that, add your third party applications one at a time, testing in between. I know it seems a little tedious, but its a proven effective way of weeding out bad applications.
