Tutorial for FileZ or FileProg? - Treo Forum

I'm attempting to write a primer for Treo 755p and Centro newbies and was curious if anyone knew of any tutorials written for either of these apps, so I could include them. Both are useful tools, but are a little short on the user friendly side. Thanks.

No, but how in depth are you looking? They are great apps but if a newbie deletes the wrong thing then Treo = brick......

LOL. I found what I was looking for. I had downloaded FileZ initially without the manual. The manual is straightforward and will work for what I'm doing. I agree with what you are saying, which (given that everyone recommends that newbies get FileZ) that they have a tutorial. Thanks forgot!

I plan to send it out to a couple people on different forums to review before posting anywhere. Would you be willing to review it? I'm going to use a lot of other people's stuff (but will give credit to them). I just found that when I came into the Treo world it was a steep learning curve (and I've still got a lot to learn). However, I thought I could save newbies a lot of time by giving them a general run through of the Treo, the installed software, software that is essential or near essential, accessories, and trouble shooting. Won't be anything new, just kind of compiled in one place.

Sounds like quite a task you've dedicated yourself to. I look forward to your finished product. Btw, FileZ is my filemanager of choice. GREAT app. I didn't fully appreciate it when I initially installed it on my TX back in 2005, but I've learned so much about it over the years and am sure to learn more.
