Syncing calendar and contacts

Hello,

I recently received a new Treo after using my Sprint insurance - my old Treo was still functioning. After being immersed in water and allowed to dry. I have tried multiple times syncing the old phone with the PC - contacts and calendar wouldn't sync with outlook. I tried changing options so the phone would overwrite the PC and that wouldn't work. I tried reinstalling my software and retrying - same results.

I even tried loading the software onto my mac and trying to sync that way. Here's the log I got - the log from the PC was similar. I also checked "handheld override computer"

So I wasn't able to really sync any information to the new phone and they demanded that I send the damaged one back - I manually beamed all the contacts but I would like to sync them and eventually my calendar with my apple notebook.

Any suggestions??
