Sync not moving emails from phone to outlook - Treo Forum

When I snyc, my emails aren't showing up in my outlook acount for some reason. I am new to smartphone so it is probably just a check box somewhere I am missing, but I can't find it. Any help would be great.

Try this. Access the Palm Desk Top software. Click the Hot Sync button on the toolbar. Select "Custom". Check to see if "synchronize files" is showing for your email.
