Angry Treo 680 Receiving a call while synching - HELP!!!

Hello -.

I've found nothing regarding this issue, so any help is REALLY appreciated!

I use MissingSync to sync my Treo 680 to my Mac computer. I always leave my phone ON (as I should) while synching (using the USB cable). I have my phone set to Always RING and VIBRATE.

The thing is that, whenever I receive a call while synching, the phone starts to ring and vibrate (expected) but it won't interrupt the synch, so I can take the call. It won't even show the screen for receiving a call (the one with the number ID and the ACCEPT / IGNORE buttons) it just rings and vibrates announcing the incoming call. And if (when) I press the VOL DOWN button to silence the call and let it drop, the phone stops ringing but it won't stop vibrating, and this goes on forever, until I'm forced to SOFT-RESET.

Nothing stops the vibrating. I even finish the sync (while still vibrating) and it just goes on and on... Everything works fine, it just continuously vibrating (pulsing on and off, not "continuously").

This is VERY annoying. I'm really hopping someone more experienced with this can help me out!

TIA.

Wow...first I've heard of the issue. Do you often receive calls while syncing?

Yea... well... more often than I'd want to...

I.e. today I got 3 calls while synching (and 3 soft-resets) before I decided between turning off the phone or smashing it againt the wall on the building next door!

Right now, the phone is off and I'm synching...
