Sync error 16399 with Vindigo

I LOVE using Vindigo, but it doesn't seem to love my 700p. They get along fine for about 3 months, then I start having problems. I delete on my Treo and on my Mac, download a brand new copy, reinstall, and it works for about 3 or 4 more months and have to go through the whole thing again. It's been extremely frustrating. This time, it's not working at all. I can't sync my calendar and address book at all with Vinidgo installed. I have tried deleting and reinstalling 3 times, to no avail. Vindigo tech support is horrible. I am afraid my calendar and contacts are now corrupted in a way that will never work with Vindigo again. I am even considering buying a plain Palm and getting a phone that will take a vindigo download so they don't have to be on the same device anymore. Does anyone else have these problems or experience with a fix? Thanks..
