Hotsync error message 700P - Treo Forum

Hi, I am using the Palm 700p and I was wondering if anyone had any idea what this is. I had to reload the hotsync software, since it kept crashing. It sync's now without a problem, but whenever I try to open hotsync, or to sync any programs, I first get this error message:
Notifier File C:\progra~1\NPinstal.dll not found. Does anyone know how to install this dll file or where to find it?

Are you getting that error on your desktop? Have you tried re-reinstalling the Hotsync conduit software?

That is correct, it shows up on the desktop only. I am still able to hotsync, but it shows up any time I try to load a new application or any hotsync. I noticed in palm forums people had the same issues but the brighthand monitors could not figure out a solution for them.

So I think I figured out the solution. The trick is, to go to the access website
ACCESS Installer
register as a developer and then download the palm package installer.
This seems to have fixed the issue
