Treo 680 continueous rebooting after sync - Treo Forum

New to posting;hope I'm in the right area.
I just upgraded from Treo 650 to 680. I have OL exchange. After a hot sync when I touch any button it automatically reboots. The only thing I can do is do a hard reset. I've tried the cradle that I had with the 650 and the new sync cable that came with the 680. Same problem. Any thoughts. Thanks.

What are your sync settings?

I think I've discovered the problem. I did not have the current version of Backup man that runs on the T680. So far everything is ok. Thank you so much for being there to assist. I'm sure I'll be back with another problem someday. Thanks again.
