Enterprise Sync from scratch - Treo Forum

Our company bought Treo 650s for everyone because we needed a mobile shared calendar solution. We are a Unix shop and have outsourced our email to a provider which gives us IMAP and webmail.

It's not almost a year and a half since we got the Treos and we still haven't set up shared calendaring. Now the boss has told me he wants to make this happen for real. Since the last time I looked there seem to be a few more providers who will provide an all-in-one package, but I can't tell one from the other and since the entire company's messaging and calendaring are going to be at stake I'd like to get some idea about who is a good bet.

Mainly what we want is to get Outlook-style calendar sharing, with (almost) realtime push synchronization to the 650s. We understand this means moving email to an Exchange server, which we are resigned to as long as we can keep webmail and IMAP access.

Yes Exchange server supports Webmail, via OWA (Outlook Web Access), and IMAP.
