| Treo 680 + .Mac + VersaMail Greetings, all. I just got a Treo 680. I love it. I was wondering, though, if anyone out there can give me some tips with regard to using VersaMail and .Mac (an IMAP account). I'm running into some issues when I try to sync IMAP folders and VersaMail returns an error describing an inability to find my IMAP folders on .Mac.
I have set up all my IMAP folders in VersaMail, and when I tell it to get mail from each IMAP folder individally, it seems to work well--that is, I can download mail to my Treo manually from within each folder. However, since I can't seem to sync any of the folders with the Sync IMAP Folders function (except for the Inbox), I don't know if any syncing is actually going on at all, or if I'm just downloading .Mac mail to VersaMail. I am able to see my Inbox (though only the Inbox) when asked by VersaMail which IMAP folders I wish to sync.
Any thoughts on how to successfully sync all my IMAP folders between VersaMail and .Mac, especially wirelessly, without trying to sync my VersaMail folder with my desktop Macintosh via USB or something?
In a related matter, are there any Palm OS mail apps that are a little more fully-featured than VersaMail that work with Mac OS and IMAP accounts like .Mac? I've come across some things like the Palm Mail.app conduit, Agendus, and The Missing Sync (which I own but am afraid to install because of all the posts I've come across detailing issues with the program--not sure if it handles mail anyway).
If it helps, I run Mac OS 10.4.8.
I thank you all kindly in advance for any information you may have. |
