![]() | Carrier Profile choking hotsync I currently use a Cingular unlocked Treo650 on Rogers network in Toronto. I recently got a PalmOne unbranded 650, and in attempting to hotsync my data onto the new pda, the hotsync stops with a "CarrierProfiles2.pdb failed" error. I was so looking forward to having a PDA that isn't full of Cingular crapware...must I suffer such great disappointment? I did try to hotsync one component at a time (just calendar, then just contacts, etc...) with install conduits set to do nothing, but the hotsync process insists upon installing everything when it prompts me to identify my user profile first. Thanks for any help y'all may be able to provide. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Try renaming that file or moving it to somewhere else. It will be located in your backup directory which will be something like C:\Program Files\Palm\your_user_id\Backup ![]()
