Syncing with 2 different machines - Outlook

I have a bizarre problem. I am tempted to just chalk it up to having a complicated Outlook setup at work, but there is a tantalizingly small amount of functionability that makes me believe this can work.

Here's the deal. I have a Palm Treo 650. It syncs to Outlook on my personal laptop perfectly - all contacts, notes, calendar items, etc.

When I try to sync here with my work machine, things are strange. The calendar portion works perfectly, but Notes do not work at all, and the Contact section only syncs up to a certain name in my list (alphabetically).

This person who ends the list (last name Bolduc) is the tenth contact. I tried adding "Johnny Appleseed" as a contact to see if he kicked Bolduc off the list, but no, Johnny and Bolduc were still there and I had 11 contacts.

This entry (Bolduc) has a picture attached, and I have noticed weirdness between Outlook and the Treo where Outlook will create duplicate contacts because it for some reason can't "understand" the Treo picture field.

To see if this was the culprit, I added a picture for one of my earlier contacts. It duplicated that contact as well.

So why does the Contacts synch stop at Bolduc?

And how can I make Outlook "understand" my Palm pictures? And maybe have it be harmonious with the Outlook picture field?

I have searched around and found... not much. Anyone?

I would run dbScan on your 650 to make sure it's not some corruption in it's contacts db.
