Palm Desktop closes after clicking Check & Repair Corrupted Records - Treo Forum

Hi All,

I just upgraded my Palm Desktop to 6.2 from 4 something because I upgraded from a i500 to Treo 755p. When I click on the Check Now button, to have the Palm Desktop program find and fix corrupted records - it just shuts down the Palm Desktop app. No messages or anything - just gone. I can restart and the same thing happens.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Also, I am finding the latest version of PD to be slow and cumbersome compared to the older version.

There have been similar issues reported with palm access desktop v 6.2

Would the older v4.? work with my 755p ?
