I tried both when I initially entered the Palm world with my TX and found Agendus not to be the best fit for me, bugs aside. I see Agendus as being Contact-oriented and Datebk as being Calendar-oriented, so your choice is based on your needs. Even now that I have a Treo, my needs have not changed. Having a smartphone hasn't automaticallly changed the way I need my device to serve me.

I can't speak about Agendus' customer service, but I will say CESD is amazing in this regard. I haven't had to pay for an upgrade in the 2.5 year I've been a customer...unlike Agendus updates.

So, again...not trying to knock Agendus...these are just some of the things that contributed to my decision. Datebk fit my needs better (calendar vs. contacts), I don't have to pay for every upgrade, and the customer service is superb. The eye candy of Agendus was tugging at me, but I just couldn't get it to fit as well for me.

Though let me say, I am more than happy for anyone that uses and loves it!

That's pretty amazing since brevity has never been a strong point of mine.
