![]() | I haven't actually accepted/declined a meeting yet, but versamail with exchange activesync does grab meeting requests along with the rest of your inbox, and has acceptance options. This is on my treo-680. my biggest problem with it is that once you setup an activesync account in versamail, you can no longer sync a calendar with hotsync - only way to sync calendar is with activesync over the air. |

| A Few Questions.... ![]() | Here's how I handle it within the standard Treo PIM. Last Name: XYZ CO-Smith First Name: Jim Ext 3324 I load the company's main phone # in as Main or Work, and load the Extension again as Other. That way if I have several contacts at the same company they are all displayed one after the other, and when I dial the main number it will display the last name and the first name ALONG WITH Extension on my screen....then when I'm prompted to enter the extension...it's there for me to see easily. Hope that helps. NOW - Very interested in learning if Datebook 6 is worth buying. Had Agendus on a T3 years ago and it crashed a lot...so deleted it back then. Seems lots of posts say it is still buggy...but not sure..just doing my research. Thanks - Treo 700P Verizon here...and want to keep it STABLE. |

![]() ![]() | You can have a look at KeySuite, which I switched to because it took longer than I could wait for the Outlook 2007 patch to come out. I have to say I'm quite impressed with it. It integrates with the contact list and phone app so that, at last, you can search for a name in a sensible way. It does good synching with outlook. The calendar is plain but I like the simplicity. IT's also caused no problem son my phone On the accept/decline thing, thats going to be pretty hard to find, it relies on support for a subset of the MS Exchange mail functions which I believe only MS products have in email clients unless someone knows otherwise. ~ Steph
