![]() | Improved Tasks or ToDo Application. Can anyone recommend a slightly better Tasks or ToDo application? I'm not looking for a whole new Datebook application such as Agendus but a simple app that will let me create hierarchical lists of tasks. I've looked at SplashData's SplashNotes but find it too complex and bloated for what I want. Equally important is that it must have a desktop facility, such as SplashNotes or DayNoteZ. If I'm going to be typing in lots of tasks and sub-tasks I'd rather do it on my PC and then Hotsynch. I can find better Task apps but they're either too rich in content or don't have a desktop app. There must be something out there! Price is irrelevant as long as it will do the job. Thanks to anyone who can help. |

![]() | Thanks to the poster above but I don't want anything as complex as this and I don't use Outlook and don't wish to start doing so. Palm's Tasks application is simple and uncluttered. I can enter tasks on my PC, attach a lengthy note to a Task, set an alarm to remind me to do it and the Tasks show up on my 2Day screen when I turn on my Centro. It would be perfect if it had a slightly more hierarchical structure, where I can have a main task, which is what appears on my 2Day screen for instance, and it then had sub-tasks or child-tasks so that I can divide my main project into several categories. There are plenty of similar task managers or simple project managers out there but the main problem with the Palm Task lookalikes is their lack of a decent Desktop application. I shall struggle on for now using Palm's Tasks! |

![]() | List Pro Thanks for the tip about List Pro. It's the best compromise that I've seen so far and its desktop application is exactly what I'm looking for. It would be perfect if I could make the tasks that I set appear on my 2Day screen. Nevertheless I think that I may end up buying it! |
