![]() | Actually not. I even forgot about that. I kind of recall now that there was such a thing when I first D/L it way back. I'll have to look into it. Actually I find it a challenge to find diff ways of utilizing it. I'm surprised there has not been a cost to it but I do and I'm sure many people appreciate the cost just the way it is. Yes I just updated it again early last week. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Welcome to Treonauts, DJRealHott. Find out for sure what model you have, so we know whether its a Windows Mobile or Palm OS device and that will give us a starting point. In general, I think everyone needs a backup program and a file manager utility. Fortunately for Palm OS, there is decent freeware apps for both. So get back with us. Hope you enjoy your new phone.

![]() ![]() | I downloaded both WatchMaker and BellTime the other day. WatchMaker I think is ok, but I think BellTime is much more user friendly and graphically pleasing. With WatchMaker you can see all 6 alarms + 1 flash alarm, their time and if they are on or off. You have to enter the alarm to change it and see what type of alarm it is and what days/weeks it is active for. With BellTime you can also see all 6 alarms on the main page but you also can see which days they are active for and change everything right from the main page. I left both on as I generally have 3 sets of alarms with 2-3 alarms each, but have BellTime set as my main app and bound to my side button. (Just a quick comparison for those interested)

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | The main difference is that BellTime is shareware and Watchmaker (both by the same developer by the way) is freeware. Makes sense that Watchmaker wouldn't have all the same bells and whistles. I like Palmary Clock. It allows you to set infinite alarms with any duration (every three months, etc.). I was about to purchase "Alarms" by Palmary, when one of the mods suggested looking at Palmary Clock. Turns out Alarms was included in Palmary Clock and during the Heist sale was actually cheaper.

![]() ![]() | Good point... BellTime comes with the option to use the Trial Version and then purchase it, or to use the FreeWare version. I elected the freeware.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | IC, so what you're saying then, is that the freeware version of Belltime is still better than the freeware version of WatchMaker. Good for people to know. Thanks.

![]() ![]() | Yes, to better illustrate... ...This image is the main screen of BellTime Freeware Version. You can see all 5 alarms, their time and active days as well as edit all that information from one screen. ![]() ...These are images of WatchMaker. The main screen is on the left. Tapping the bell in the lower right brings up the second screen. To edit the alarms you have to go into each individually. To me, this is to many steps and with multiple alarms I forget what times I have already set. ![]() If BellTime allowed me to run countless alarms I would delete WatchMaker... heck, if it allowed even 1 more alarm to give me 6 I would change my alarm style for it. (Im affraid to try Butler for fear I will love it).
