OnDemand App Error - Treo Forum

Hey all,
on the OnDemand app that comes on the 755p (verison 1.1.1556 of Pocket Express), I have been getting a weird error lately. When I go to update the news, sports, or any other articles, it does not update...instead I get this error: "Error--Device authentication failed--Please reinstall the OnDemand application". Ummm...ok. So I did a hard reset, which resets everything. So I went through the set up process again, and BAM--same error. Anyone else seen this? Solution?

Impaler,

On Demand is supported directly by Sprint. If you contact Sprint Customer Care, they should be able to assist you with your issue.

Call customer support, I know I know, but you must do it. They sent a code to my phone and fixed my issue with OD. I have a 700P so I don't know it that will work with your 755P, it should. You will have to get the second tier support it to work. Or, you can take it to a Sprint Store and they will do it for you there.

I am getting the same error. The Sprint guy had me do a hard reset on my Treo and I deleted everything. Problem didn't go away. Any other ideas? I really liked the On Demand features so I'd like to get it to work.

Ijust checked it out on my sprint phone, and, I am also having the same problem. This is new.

Im having the same error only when i try to update the stocks, i get error:Unknown account informatio (1111111111)
