 | ACT Software wannebe Does anybody have any suggestions about a palm software program that is close to ACT, particularly the ability to group contacts? I'm just tired of all the software problems with ACT when trying to load and sync on my treo. Don't know if this has been suggested or if there is one but I'm looking for any forum or source of information for sales professionals geared toward uses, success, software in regards to their treo phone. | Both Maximizer and Goldmine can sync to a Palm PDA/Smartphone, I haven't used either so I don't know how well it works but should be able to download a trial/demo version to test it out.

| I've never messed with ACT so I'm not exactly sure what you mean by group. What exactly are you trying to do?

| I've found this:It says it's a superior alternative to ACT Gross profit calculator I haven't tried either. |

| Thanks for the info guys, I researched Maximizer and it only syncs with windows mobile, still researching Goldmine. When I referred to grouping in ACT, I have several categories of customers that I group them in and reference them by. i.e. Concrete Contractors- ABC Concrete, CBS Concrete, Mom&Pop Concrete. I was looking for a Gross Profit Calc. I did download the recommended one, but its slow and cumbersome, I do appreciate the recommendations. |

| Gross Profit Calc- Didn't want you guys to think I didn't do my homework, but I have been researching on all of the palm software and freeware sites for the last two days. I just didn't know if anybody was using one that they would recommend. Thanks |
