 | Treo 700P installation CD My Treo 650 was exchanged by Sprint with a 700P but they refused to give me an installation CD. As a result, I can only use it as a 650 and can't download photos. What can I do go get the software for a 700P installation? Philb21 |

 | Both devices use the Palm Desktop/Hotsync and as far as I know what you can and can't sync is the same also. It may just be the conduits missing which is why you couldn't sync your pictures with your old 650. In any case downloading and installing the latest version of the Palm Desktop + Hotsync should give you that facility, you can get it here

| 700p Installation CD Thanks alot for replying so fast! I can hot sync everything to my computer but pictures for some reason. i installed my Treo 700p using a 650 CD. I don't even know what else I can't do without the 700p CD which is why I would like to get one. philb21 |

| Do you have a friend or colleague with a 700P If so boroow their CD. Or you might try to find one or ebay. Or go back to sprint sndf tell them your problem and keep after them to make it work they were the ones that upgraded you to the 700P they need to restore you to full functionality. |
