![]() | I puchased the software for my 755p around the 12th of Jan. It downloaded a trial version for 15 days even though I never selected that. The problem was trying to get a license key. After trying to send my order information through the phone, the software would respond with no record of the purchase. I have sent several messages to technical support, each time receiving a formatted response that they will reply within one buisness day. Finally I received a response on the 18th from Jessica at Mobihand. After a couple of email corespondense, and a failed attempt to fix the problem, I requested a refund back to my CC. She then requested that the developer assist me with the problem and copy her in the results to know that the issue has been resolved. A couple of days later I happened to tap on the VolumeCare icon and there were the License Keys. So now here's my new problem. When I adjust the volume from the side buttons, the Palm volume bar graph still appears, not the VolumeCare bar. So I don't know if VolumeCare software is actually working, and yes, there is a green checkmark with the 'Turned On'. I've seen so many good reviews for this product, I'm having a hard time giving up, but unless someone has a answer, I'm thinking I have no choice but to ctc my CC company and file a complaint. By the way, I never was ctc by the developer. Please Help |

![]() | To follow up, I was finally ctc by GoTreo Software Inc. In order for Volumecare to work you have to turn off your Bluetooth. Unfortunately for me, I use my Bluetooth pretty much all the time. There was nothing in the software's overview that warns about this. So for those of you out there that rely on Bluetooth, This is pretty useless. Just FYI. |
