 | TomTom question For the first time while using my TomTom on my 755p I received several phone calls. Because the GPS receiver is bluetooth I haven't been wearing my bluetooth headset. When I answer the phone, I can't even put it on speaker because that screen disappears immediately. I can't follow directions because the phone is to my ear and when the call has ended I have to restart the program and wait for it to lock on again. Not to mention having to put it back in the cradle, which I can't do while I'm driving. Am I doing something wrong or is this a flaw in the program? |

 | You can use your Bluetooth headset as well as the GPS receiver  v1.2 of the Bluetooth spec, which is what the 755P uses, allows for multiple devices to be used at the same time

| If I have bluetooth enabled on my mac and try to use my headset it tells me it can't connect because another device is in use. Because of this I figured I wouldn't even try it. Maybe it's a mac glitch. I'll give it a try though. |

| Most devices, eg. headsets, GPS receivers, etc, will only let you pair them to one controlling device eg. Treo, Mac, etc. but the other way around works i.e. you can pair multiple devices to one controlling device.

| No dice. I used it while running errands and had my kids call me. The first call was very brief; headset picked up no problem. TomTom restarted itself on its own but I still had to tap the "I agree" when it started up. Second call, longer, TomTom just quit. Bummer. I will probably be giving the software away, as I just ordered the TomTom GO 720 and it will be here Thursday. Yippee! |

| Giving the software away won't work as the activation code ties in with your device

| Nope, the activation code is generated based on the IMEI number which is unique to your phone.
