This question is about the desktop software Sprint service.

On the desk top when I open VersaMail I’m not able to do anything in this program, Should I be able to compose email on the desk top and sync it?

The Versamail icon on the desktop does not allow you to do anything with your mail. Versamail only works on your Treo.
