I have looked and looked and found not too much. Anyone know of a FREE pocket or field guide type program for Paramedics, EMT's or nurses?

Epocrates is a good freeware drug database. Some people claim that it begins to trend you toward newer on-patent meds, but for looking up meds and interactions in the field its fine. A lot of people who carry PDA's in my service, and at the ER's we drop at, use it. You can find it here.
