For a freeware version maybe this is what your looking for Travel Dictionary Spanish 2.0 There is also Beik's Talking English-Spanish Dictionary Phrasebook 5.9 but it will cost you around $20

you might want to try Ask Velazquez.com: iPhone Beta - Spanish and English Language Resource
it's a 250,000 word Spanish-English English-Spanish dictionary made for the iphone web browser. I also know taht the company is working on a downloadable app for this as well.
