Siruis?

Hello everyone. I would like to know if it is possible to stream Sirius radio on a treo palm device? I am looking into getting a subscription to Sirius online radio and after some research I see that they have a working solution for Windows Treo's but I couldn't find anything for Palm.

Anyone have any ideas or news?

Thanks,
Josh

Thanks Kimmy. I researched it a little bit and I don't think it will allow me to stream Sirius or XM.

I am looking for something like this but with a Palm solution (Not windows).

If it's a Windows Mobile based Treo, i.e. 700w/700wx/700v, then try the SiriuCE 2 player

Ok there is a way of doing it on a PalmOS Treo but it's a lot of work

Here's a guide

Thanks TazUK, I found that one while researching this. One look at how many programs, tweaks, etc were needed and I skipped right past it. Knowing my own abilities that is at least a one month ordeal for me...

The stand alone player for Windows looks great and it would seem that there would be at least a similiar demand for the same program for Palm Treo's.

I'll keep looking but if anyone should find something please let me know.

Thanks,
Josh

I'm still waiting too...I switched from the 700W to the 700P because of a signal strength issue. Now I don't drop calls but I've lost Sirius, the ability to add mp3's to my ring tone list without extra software, MSN messenger, and a speaker I can hear. It looks like Apple is going to take over the Smartphone industry too. What can't palm just make one device that has what everyone wants instead of some on this one and some on that one. I mean how hard can it be for someone to sell a browser that is compatible with Javascript and Flash instead of having to add all the third party software. Well I'll get of my soapbox and get to work. Good Luck Guys!

Judging by the growing list of things the iPhone doesn't do I think you'll find the grass isn't necessarily greener on the other side
