Plugins for Ptunes - Treo Forum

My treo 700p came with Ptunes version 3.0.9 installed on it. When I download mpg4 movies to my 2gig SD card, I get a pop-up that says unsuported file type. I have the plugin for mpg4....but where do you install that??? Nobody seems to post that info about plugins.....what I have says in the plugins folder, but where the heck is that at??? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is it a .prc file? If it is it should just install. What file type is it, and have you tried to install it at all?
