Welcome to Treonauts tennisbum28

Firstly you will need something to convert your music files, try Music Catalyst GT 1.3.1 once you have converted them you will need a card reader so you can put the files on your treo.

On your PC go start my computer then look for the disk that is your card, open the disk and if you haven't got a folder that says audio you can create one (look at the panel on the left to create folder), copy and paste your converted files in the new or exsisting folder.

Alternatively you can do it via hotsync but it is a slow process.

Open quick install or palmdesktop then quick install, click add files at the bottom of the pop up box change it from "All compatible palm files" to "All Files" double click on file and it will go directly to card install, then hotsync, it will take a while depending on how many mp3's you put on at a time.

Hi tennisbum, I'm just reading up at Palm aboput the 680, you have windows media player installed on it?

Here's what i found at palm:

Transfer audio files.
Use iTunes or Windows Media Player software on your computer to convert music CDs or files to the MP3 format. Then use Windows Media Player to transfer them directly to your smartphone or to an expansion card (sold separately).

It looks like you can't do it the way I said, that's how I do it on my 650.
