Active Sync messing up my calendar - Treo Forum

After setting it up, email sync works good, but the calendar is messed up. I live in the Hawaii Time zone and after I synced via active sync all appoints suddenly shifted behind by about 5 or 6 hours earlier. The entries said that had (CST) added to the description of the appointments. Whats going on?

Were both the phone and the pc set to the same time zone before the sync?

Yes both pc and palm are setup for the same time zone.

I'm experiencing the same thing with Activesync. Everything was fine until we moved from daylight savings time to standard time. Now everything is fine in Outlook, but on my Treo when I set the start of an appointment for, say, 1 PM and save it, it changes the the time of the appointment to 12 PM and then it says "(1 PM CST)" in the appointment. I have automatic time setting enabled and the time is correct on the Treo. Very bizarre.

Oh, I just found this that talks about times changing: http://kb.palmone.com/SRVS/CGI-BIN/W...Case=obj(42093) It appears it's a "feature."
