Bluetooth connection - Treo Forum

I can hotsync to my mac via bluetooth, but can't send any files. It just doesn't recognize it then. I've tried repairing. Any ideas?

Are you using The MissingSync or the Hotsync software provided by Palm?

Just the standard Hotsync.

To be clear, your pairing was successful? You see your Treo in your trusted devices list on the Mac and you see the Mac in your trusted devices on your Treo?

I should also ask what type of files you're trying to send via BT? I sent some pics back and forth from my Mac to my 755p today without incident (no hotsync, just transferring the files).

Yes, pairing is successful. I am able to hotsync via bluetooth but can't do anything else. I was trying to send a pic I took to my mac with no luck. I don't have to make this work, but it should work and I don't know why it doesn't. It also won't let me send a pic from my mac to my Treo. I can't figure out why hotsyncing works.
