Programers..

Hi, I am a diet and weight loss specialist that has tried about every single windows mobile based diet software on the planet and they all suck. One thing I can say for certain is this. .if it takes more than 30 seconds to put in the info etc. for a meal or supplement for the day. .nobody is going to use it. Every one that I have tried is unwieldy, hard to learn and not intuative at all. . .

I would like to know if anyone is interested in working with me to produce a software based on what I know people will use. ie. if you use an online calorie counter like FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal, most people only enter what they eat and never use any of the other functions. . .this is important and something that has been missed by all the companies putting out software for handhelds. .too complex!
Drop me an email at thebodytransformer@gmail.com if you are interested.

Home of The Body Transformer! . . .hear me on howard stern. . yeah, he makes fun of me

The 1Src or XDA developers forums might be a better place to put forward your idea

I have to say thanks for pointing me to this FitDay site, I'm going to use it. I was thinking of this last night.

Well, I'm trying to be. My Dad is diabetic, and other diseases (heart disease, cancer, etc) run in the family as does diabetes. I'd rather not have to deal with that in the future if I can avoid it, but I have a hard time giving up the sweets and other stuff. The fact is that things that taste good are seldom good for you.

Right now I'm trying to get down to 180ish.

Red face

Youre right LL, its always better to start early than be sorry later. My late Dad has heart and other problems too but Im also a firm believer that you are what you make of it.

Well I can verify that its better to start early. I have been a type 2 diabetic since early 1999 and its much better to watch what you eat less of the bad and a reasonable amount of the good stuff and exercise daily and keep the weight off and keep your blood sugar under tight control. The longer you can stay off of medication the better off you are. I have a winmob program called healthMaster that I use but not like I should. I need to get in and get with the program no pun intended well maybe a little bit. I just realized that I forgot to reinstall it after I upgraded to winmob 6 and just did that now so thats for the wakeup call guys.
