Any Treonauts into weight training/fitness? - Treo Forum

Just wondering, if any Treonauts here is into working out with weights and gyms?

Love working with weights but recently (actually from the start of the year) didnt seem to find time to go to the gym anymore.

I miss lifting. Haven't done it for a while now. Trying to get back into the aerobic side of things to help with my stamina and overall fitness level.

That's why I got the Treo. It has my gym schedule in it that I can update on the fly

Hmm... Thats cool. I think I'll setup a schedule in my Treo once I start my routine again.

Yep, LOVE working out!

I've got my routine on my Treo, and I also keep track of my minutes, calories burned, fat burned and distance.

Unfortunately, I hurt my back a few months ago, and have been slowly trying to get back into my regular routine. However, I keep re-injuring my back -- due to stress at work, and "NEEDING" to relieve that stress through my workouts, LOL! Just 2 weeks ago, after re-hurting my back AGAIN, my doctor ordered me to STOP pushing myself, and to QUIT working out.......... grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!

Wow I'm in almost the exact same situation. Herniated disk and I haven't been to the gym in 2 years. I'm going back as of next week and starting off slow. I miss it like CRAZY! It's the only place I feel completely relaxed...weird hunh?
