![]() ![]() | I dont know for sure if this is the proper place. But..Now that Chauncey (the treo) and I have recovered from our trip to New Mexico this last weekend (where we used PDAnet for connecting) I would like to warn all of you about the nasty vending machines at the "Texas Canyon" rest stop. They attack without warning. They come in threes. You must guard your treo with your life, or hide it in an old sock. They are poised in a prime location right next to the rest rooms. There are plenty of very kind treonauts truckers to help...thank goodness. or is that a treotruckernaut? or a nautytruckertreo? oh well |

![]() | Do you mean the vending machines that were recalled because they attacked treos? I trained Treoe the second (the treo) to defend himself.

![]() | I'm fortunate, Aldy doesn't have a problem with vending machines, it just cash registers! Eclair, how did PDAnet work for you? I enjoy it.

![]() ![]() | Yes Medicineman, the PDANET was very nice. I didn't have to use the hotel's computer. It was a little slower than home, but, better than I expected. thanks so much for the tip. Chauncey really wanted to escape the vending machines for the weekend, because he deals with them at Anatomy & Treology 101 class all the time. He did meet some new friends as well. He met a pair of very nice chihuahuas, and fell madly in love with a disabled highway cone. We also bought some very nice green chilis for his famous salsa. He is planning on making a small batch for our treo Christmas party. How's Aldy and Mrs. M'man? Chauncey sends his best to Aldy, Treoe, Trinky, Timmy, Virtua, and all the other treos. We probably ought to compile a list of all the named treos we know so we can send cards and such. Lets all go back and see who we have so far. We would like to meet some new ones too. Don't be shy. |
