![]() ![]() | On the WiFi side I think Palm just doesn't have the muscle that MS has. As much as they want to listen to end-users they simply have bigger ears for the carriers who don't want WiFi devices out there. As for the 755... yeah I'd like one but I'm currently suffering from next gen apathy... I don't want anything until the Linux based Treos come out. Until then it's all just SSSSSOOOOoooo PS2. ~ Steph

![]() | I'm a Sprint user and suffering from 'new gadget' fever seeing the 755 on the horizon. I am convincing myself that my wife's Treo 600 is getting old in the tooth, and although she only uses it for email, database and a phone, ... needs a new smartphone. The evil guy sitting on my shoulder is telling me to upgrading her to my current 'one year old' 700p as an excuse to get me the 755p when it shows up. Is this really so bad??? ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Oh, no. See, what you are actually doing is giving her a tested product that will fill her needs. A product that works well for what it is inteded for. You, on the other hand, are going to buy a new untested product. You will have to test, soft/hard reset and configure this product to your needs. You will have to spend countless hours trying to figure out "which third party application caused you the endless loops". So, as I see it, you are making a sacrifice for your wife. |
