 | I think Colligan leaving has probably been in the works for a while. While I don't think it was a stipulation of the recapitalization deal, I think he started transitioning out shortly after Rubinstein came on board. He's had a rough ride the last few years, and probably just wanted to end on a high note, after the release of the Pre.

| Well yeah I saw on brighthand where they is a report that the gsm pre in europe will be 400 euro and will be out before the end of the year (maybe) on telefonica movistar and O2 in the UK. |

| I also saw that Australia and Bell Canada will be getting it along with Europe. Yes, delayed to get there but many more carriers soon. I heard that in July Australia. I don't know if that is true or not. Once it opens up, I hope to see a flood of buyers.
