To me this would sound like a Treo, or something outside of Blackberry. If you wanted Email and Web I would say BB but the other applications lend themselves to a Palm... again through the thousands of applications you can choose from to accomplish these tasks.

To over-simplify things... if you are looking to use your phone for activities associated only with a suit and tie between the hours of 9 and 5, then get a Blackberry... if you are going to use your phone both on and off the clock, Treo is the way to go.

Everyone I know with a blackberry carries a side phone, or another smartphone (usually a small featurephone) for their personal time.

Yep most of the people I know who use Blackberries also carry another phone as well One of the reasons I got a Treo was so I didn't have to carry two devices and since getting TomTom Navigator it's acts as my sat nav as well

I have a Treo 755p and am happy with it. This is my 2nd treo, have the 700p also but not using it at this time. I am rolling it around in my head a bit but I am also interested in the BB Curve, don't know exactly why but still researching, but my main complaint on the Treos is the start screen. It is so blah looking and I really don't care for most of the 3rd party apps to change the launchers. I sure wish they would come up with something to change the Treo's home screen.
I bought the T-Launcher app. (I-Phone look alike) but it is okay, but just not what I want.
I actually like the Today screen they have for Windows Mobile phones but of course it doesn't work on the Palm OS so if anyone has suggestions on what might work please post!! but what I really would like to see is the devolopers come up with a great "Today" screen for the OS!!!

Welcome to Treonauts, jb4Kats!!! Not sure from your post what exactly you are looking for. There is a freeware app called Today, that is actually pretty decent. It seems to slow down the OS just a tad though. Also you might consider 2Day from shsh.com. It is very customizable including background and skins. You might also want to look at TreoLauncher as it too allow for a lot of customization of the Launch screen. Hope that helps.

he is having a problem getting his email to work I no he got a few of them he is trying to link to his phone can yall tell me how to fix this or set it up

I was looking at a Verizon Centro today. The email app icon was different than Sprint's. Not sure if its still Versamail or not. Perhaps someone who has a Verizon Palm OS phone can chime in here and help with email questions.
