Anyone using mp3tunes.com on Treo?

I'm pretty stoked about mp3tunes.com . You can put all of MP3s on it for free, and stream them from your web desktop. I just started using the service last week... my 30G full library is still loading from home!


Anyway.... it's been hit and miss trying to use mp3tunes.com from my Treo 755p. Actually, more "miss" than "hit". I got it to play once by choosing "Play All Tracks".

Has anyone else tried mp3tunes.com from their Treo? If so, what URL are you using? Any tips?

P.S. One major snag I ran into is that it *was* working, and the stream went into ptunes. I had told it to stop, and it did. BUT..... it surreptitiously prevented other Internet browsing from working until I realized it a day or two later, and redirected ptunes elsewhere.

Interesting. I've been thinking about a service like this, and have been wondering if it would work. I'll have to give it a try. Let us know if you have any more luck.

The MP3tunes mobile site is designed to give mobile devices read-only (streaming and downloading) access to an MP3tunes locker.

The mobile site is at: PDA Main Menu@ @ MP3tunes.com

For a device to support the MP3tunes mobile site it's browser must identify M3U mimetypes and open them with a MP3 player that supports streaming M3U playlists.

fyi,
It plays on the treo ok IF you choose "play all" while on a list of songs in an album. It's still buggy...

If you use orb.com, which I use to watch TV on my 700p, you have access to all of your PC files, so you can stream your mp3's that way too.
