Treo Color Cases - Treo Forum

My Girlfriend and I have both treo 700p's. Is there a way to change the casing to a color casing. So far all I can find is skins that stick on the phone and or painting it. I want to know if there is an actual case to completely swap off the phone.

I seem to remember back a yar or so ago that I saw a post in another forum about a company that made different color cases for the 650. Also there a thrade here somewhere about a painter of cases for treos but I doint remember which model. They looked pretty cool. Oh welcome to treonauts good to have you here

The Treo's case isn't really designed to be taken apart by the user so if you do decide to change the case proceed with care

Painting it yourself would give you a much greater choice of colours. Use vinyl dye as that seeps into the plastic and gives a smoother and harder wearing finish

Thanks guys I appreciate the feedback. I guess I might try painting it or just getting a sticker for it. That way we can differentiate.

There was a post in Treo General Chat a while ago,by a person named Ribletts. He did some treo case painting and included some shots of his work. You might want to check out the pics and remarks to get some ideas. I forgot the exact title, but it was something like; Has anyone painted their treo?
