Treo 700wx and GlobalSat SD 502 issues!! - Treo Forum

Bought this GPS based on the treonaut ad showing it to be for the 700wx but after 14 hours I can't get the thing to work. I've followed various websites and reinstalled more times than I care to mention. The GPS light blinks as if it has located a satellite however the associated SD memory doesn't show in file explorer on the phone, in activesync, or in the tomtom 6 window. I also haven't been able to get the GPSinfo software to work. Has ANYONE been successful with this product and if so could you post directions since GlobalSat provides none. I'm feeling like I purchased a lemon.

I haven't set up GPS with my Treo, so I probably can't be too much help, but I might can spur conversation.

Do they show up anywhere at all? If you put the card in an SD card reader on your computer can you find them there?

Shows up nowhere. Can't use a card reader with this lovely little device according to manufacturer website as well as many posts on line. It's as if the card is dead......and since it appears the GPSinfo I'm supposed to confirm satellite recognition with is available only with Widnows CE I'm getting the feeling I bought something that can't be used with my phone.
