How many hours do you spend online daily? - Page 2 - Treo Forum

Mon-Fri I am technically online most of the day between work and personal. There is rarely a time when I do not have a browser open with something up. Weekends I work usually 18-20 of the 48 hours so when you factor in sleep I dont have much time to be online.

There was a time when nobody could understand how people would spend 4-5-6 hours a day online, now it is pushing closer to the norm as it becomes more important in personal and business life.

Email, blogging, and chatting, plus the occassional Skype call are our main ways of communicating with friends & family up in the States. So we spend lots of hours on line. I also do a lot of research for writing projects as well as some engineering research. Since you can't buy much of anything here, we also shop on line a lot. So, I'd guess I spend about 4-5 hours a day on line.

Including work: 5+ hours a day... outside of work, maybe 1 or 2?

Depends on the weather. In winter I spend more than 5 hours a day since it´s great entertainment for me! In summer just a couple of hours at night, some days nothing at all!
