![]() ![]() ![]() | jfa02, I think Crud means the "Orange" logo on the replacement faceplate. But then again, I could just be wrong... ![]()

![]() ![]() | That orange one makes quite a statement. It sure would be easy to find inside a briefcase. The case redo looks great. Nice job. Last edited by eclair; 04-19-2008 at 12:21 AM. Reason: spelling |

![]() | thanks guys. the replacement process was easy enough, i had to reassemble a couple of times because the first few times the buttons were not working. after a few adjustments i got the buttons to work. i like the new look, other than the price would recommend if you are looking for replacement housing. |

![]() | Black Case Mod Questions Hi guys, I am considering doing something similar with my CDMA Verizon 650. I came across this thread and had a few questions about the mod. 1. I assume that your black case is for a GSM phone (one with a SIM card). If that is the case did you have to do any modification to the new case so that your CDMA Verizon phone internals would fit? 2. Again assuming the new case is a GSM one, does the opening for the SIM card cause any problems or annoyances? 3. I have seen some negative reviews on the black tie replica cases you can get on ebay (from china). The issues have mainly been with the paint flaking off. Where did you get your case and have you had any issues with it.? Thanks for the info and have a great day. TDN |
