I've read a lot of complaints about 650's crashing or freezing but mine have been very stable. I would suspect that the cause of their problems is either a lack of free memory or badly written third party apps. I have the same attitude to my Treo's as I do my PC, only install things which I need and remove anything I don't. I also run a lot of apps from the SD card to keep as much internal memory free as possible.
