Thumbs up New Treonaut!

Hello Everyone!

As of January 11th, 2007, with the purchase of my Cingular Treo 750, I have joined the ranks of the Treonauts...

I am looking forward to all the great features of this device, and so far I am very impressed!

I need to purchase some accessories in the coming weeks for my Treo 750 seems lonely, and needs things to be plugged into it, and a case to protect it

Feel free to give me some tips/pointers if you have some 'secrets' to share.

Thanks!,

OverlordCZ

Welcome OverlordCZ!

Glad you like the 750. I've look jealously at that form factor and am constantly having it rubbed in my face!

Can't have it being lonely now. I definately recommend a case to protect it's good looks, an extra battry, an expansion card and a BT headset and some software to make it sizzle.

My rig is a 700p and some basics I have are:

A seidio extended battery
A slimline case
Palm desktop charger
USB synch cable
Moto H700 BT headset (I had but gone now sadly)
Jabra JX10 BT Headset (replaces the H700 *sniff*)

All of which you can of course get at the Treonauts Accessory Store but I suggest you shop around a read some reviews...

The software side is definately more complex especially with Windows Mobile. TazUK is your man here. But from my *limited* experience I'd suggest you play with the OS for a little while first before deciding what you need. There's soem great freeware out there also and always try the demo before buying.
